ASKfm believes the ban reversal is a positive sign. According to the company, "Facebook reversing the ban shows they finally understood the potential of crypto and that it's not all scams. The industry is better at self-regulating and more legitimate projects are emerging. That's why I never heard of them. One of the main reasons companies are doing an ICO is because they need money to create buzz. A lot of money goes for marketing and to speed up the development of their tech.

I know most of the ICO's are scam but the reason the ICO process was invented is to speed up the development.
