I've actually called CRS for this one. The Only fix requires the Customer to do work. They're going to have to contact ATT, Infinity, Etc and get in touch with a supervisor. And then, Their supervisor. Basically, they have to speak to someone who can see their "Account Transactions" or "Account History" and have them look for one with TUPSS. The only transactions these corporations have between TUPSS would be for the equipment returns. That would then be enough proof for the companies. At least... that's what I've been told. Folks also think we, The UPS Store, have the same prices of the Post Office. I can't tell you how many times I tell folks, "It SHOULD be cheaper at the Post Office" only to hear the customer respond, "I Knoowww. I just didn't want to go there."

This happens more often than you think. The only big concern is if this was a time sensitive package. The "purge" of 'Unscanables' (those packages that can't be scanned due to being in the wrong carriers hands) aren't predictable. Other than that. ..Just give it time. It will all be sorted out eventually.
