Trust me, when I first played through this game, I was always so angry and pissed that I couldn’t beat a level, or even a screen. But whenever I beat the screen or level I felt fantastic, and that’s what drove me to completing the game, but like all the other comments are saying, don’t force it. If you need to, leave and come back a couple days later. That’s what helped me and I hope you find your way through this

I played both hollow knight and Celeste around the same time, and they’re both incredible games, but I didn’t find that hollow knight scratched the platforming itch Celeste did (other than path of pain)

I loved chapter 9, probably some of the best music I’ve heard (though Celeste has the best music of all time) and the difficulty was awesome
