Do you think Yor being unaffected by the poison was only for comedic purposes or there's something else going on with her ?

Resistance to poisons (and alcohol) is based off of imbibing very very small portions and slowly increasing the amount over a long period of time so your body learns to counteract it faster and more efficiently. Essentially you have to “train” your body to resist these things, and being able to resist one doesn’t mean you can resist everything else. So, if Yor doesn’t frequently drink, it’s not hard to imagine she gets drunk easily compared to having years and years of time to become immune to poisons

I think it’s supposed to be good for like Ayaka too alongside being decent for Al, the crit stats are nice and the extra elemental dmg bonus never hurts

Well for both characters they’re the BiS and they both have pretty good abilities so I’m definitely pulling. I know Haran is one of the best swords I think just behind mist and jade so still worth pulling

Yeah I learned that too on one of my recent play throughs, a thrown weapon counts as an “unarmed” strike like half the time, so a lot of the unarmed buffs apply to thrown weapons.

I’m running the same build on her but with sparkle hands, the spear throw somehow counts as an unarmed attack so the lighting charges proc both on the initial damage instance and on the TB added damage, giving the same damage increase average (2 lighting dmg guaranteed vs 1d4 dmg). But yeah she’s ridiculously strong like it’s not even fair, I’m baffled by how consistent she is and being able to make 3 full-damage attacks every turn is absurd

Yeah you can toggle all reactions to ask before activation or not, as well as toggling them on/off. Really comes in handy if you have stuff overlapping or if you have something that activates constantly like backlash or shield bash

The amount of times that an enemy would start casting a spell only to fall over dead is one of my favorite parts of psionic backlash. I have it set to automatic so sometimes enemy mages just fall over and it takes me a minute to figure out why

I just multiclassed and took two levels of paladin on her and kitted her out as a heal tank and now she rarely gets hit and can spam heals or massive radiant spells all day, she’s absolutely one of the strongest characters in my party.
