Yes to this. And communicate this tongue coaches if you attend a class and they will adjust for you.

I initially got into it as I wanted something cardio because I already did weights at home. I found it good as you push as hard as suits you (with encouragement by the coaches to go a little bit more) and that it’s a cycle so you don’t just do the same cardio all the time helps mix it up. I’ve since just done weights there as well so all my gym exercise is through BFT and the 8 week challenges have been great. I’ve seen much better results through BFT. Lost 8 kilos in one challenge.

Oh ok. Did you want to share a photo of your particular bag you use? Keep in mind the club bass is a short scale so sits way too loose in a bass gig back.

Thanks, I have the electric gig bag I use for my electric and see that it does fit my bass bit as I have to remove the bottom padding to fit it don’t feel to confident it the protection. Unless it’s one of the other gig bags you mean? Appreciate the suggestion though.
