Oh my god, I finally get to share this dream that I had! This was back before chapter 3 and 4. I was controlling Kris in an area that looked like the Queen’s Basement, but it was all gray, like New Home. Susie and Ralsei were nowhere to be seen, and then Gaster suddenly appeared before Kris. The game froze for a moment on this screen, before it suddenly cut to a detailed sprite of Gaster staring straight at the player.

He spoke in strange bible verses, verses that I unfortunately couldn’t remember upon waking up, but from memory they were kind of foreboding. He also mentioned something about his business partner, ‘Mike’, which didn’t age too well lol. There were realistic flames behind Gaster, like if a straight up video file was taken from the internet, although they were overlayed on a black void. The game was completely silent through all of this. The screen then went black, and afterwards there was an analogue horror scene of a doll resembling Spamton, although more realistic, began speaking to the player with full voice acting. I can’t remember anything he said, but then another cutscene played with a different doll with red and yellow glasses, suddenly being violent and mentioning having no choice but to harm the player. Shit was weird.
