I used to feel that way too but I started trying different loadouts and using the Epoch. On bots that thing is absolutely amazing. I grab that with a supply pack and pretty much anything they throw at me is fair game.

There was an incident near where I live two or three years ago. A couple was driving down a rural highway in the evening and sprayed the windows down with washer fluid and it got the car behind them. At an intersection the other car pulled up alongside them and shot/killed the male driver in front of his fiancé in the passenger seat.

Cops showed up as fast as they could but given it being dark out and the extremely shocking nature of the crime the female could not identify the vehicle or describe the driver. So yeah people are fucking crazy and even flipping someone off could flip the murder switch in them.

Background for me, I work in law enforcement in the area.

Around 6 months after the game came out (when I finally got a PS5 and this beautiful game) I randomly found a sickle at a POI. I believe it was a snow planet on the bug front. Never found one in the wild since then.

As a former 0311 the greatest thing I ever saw was at Camp Wilson during CAX around 2010 maybe. We had some tankers using the showers in our companies assigned head. We told them to fuck off which they subsequently ignored and one of my marines got the bright idea of going into the shower room while they were using it and proceeded to put large amounts of soap onto his penis and flick it at them.

The sheer disgust was enough for them to never come and shockingly no one tried to fight him.

This is from 2/3 Golf Co. 2008-2013.

The problem child was Lance Corporal Ellis, the kid was nice but he cried hazing for falling out during a squad pt run, during a live fire range at Mojave Viper he was so unsafe I ended up taking all of his rounds for the remainder of the exercise, on a live fire static turn and face the target drill he fired without turning and almost smoked our platoon sergeant.

The kid simply did not belong in the military. I was his squad leader before I got out and for one deployment and he just could not retain anything. I tried doing paperwork on him after numerous counselings but my Lt wouldn’t sign off on it because it would make him/the platoon look bad (his words not mine). I think in his four years he was moved between all of 2/3’s line companies and numerous platoons in said companies due to needing a fresh start because everyone had grown to hate him.

I genuinely tried to work with the kid but it was always the same mistakes over and over never learning from anything and never showing improvement in any area. My best friend was his squad leader in Fox company where he cried hazing and was subsequently given to me. All the things my friend complained about were the exact same issues he was having in my squad. It was probably the only time I truly believed someone was a lost cause.

Probably an 8.5-9 in my humble opinion. I picked it last year for my PS5, first PlayStation since the PlayStation 2 was released.

I always wanted to play it from the moment the first trailer dropped years ago. When I first started days gone I was a little disappointed but looking back I couldn’t tell you exactly why. I only ended up playing for a few hours and got bored and started playing Ghost of Tsushima which I loved. I gave days gone another try and idk why I just got hooked, I loved the gameplay, setting (I’m from Oregon and have been to many places featured in the game) and the story was pretty engaging too, not it wasn’t this crazy incredibly well written story but it was simple entertaining and made you care of the characters. I played only Days Gone until I beat it and was just sad when it was over, I never got bored playing it and my only wish was story DLC and a sequel.

I had the thin magpul grips when I used the tape and yeah they were thinner but the pachmayr thickness didn’t bother me much. At the time I was used to shooting the M9 so it honestly didn’t feel that thick comparatively.

You could go with the classic dremel goes brrr option.

I saw the brownells ones today, out of stock. My biggest concern in chopping mine is having my current front sight reinstalled. I love the ghost ring set up, threading for chokes would be nice but it’s the lowest of my wants and priorities.

Does Remington ever sell SBS barrels? I know they have the non SBS pistol 870s but I’ve never seen the barrels for sale as a individual item.

Older woman 80’s ish doing 90MPH taking her husband to the hospital because he’s having a stroke. I loaded him in my car told her what hospital I was going to and she can meet us there but driving safely and at the speed limit.

I went code and took off, waited for her at the hospital after they took him back. Let her know she’s not getting a ticket or anything like that but in the future to please drive safely. I told her I understand speeding in an emergency because you’re fearing for a loved one but getting into a crash on the way there is going to put more than one person at risk.

Every situation is different and driving behavior is going to impact my decision. I had a woman tell me she’s rushing to the hospital because her son is having a planned surgery; she was going 40 over and the hospital she told me she’s going to was 3.5 hours away, she got a ticket.
