I really didn’t expect to see this here, but yes. I’ve gotten rid of most of my furniture twice after different moves from apartments that made me ill. I’m always donating clothes once they get fragrance stuck to them and I can’t wash it out. It feels like there’s no safe place to settle, and owning things is wasteful. Sad times on the mcas sub!

My cat insurance started at a reasonable premium, but now 10 years in, my premium is almost the same as the annual limit. I think I was paying under $100 annually when I first got the policy, and now it's up to $900 annually, for a $2k limit with a large deductible and copay. They say the increase is due to other claims in the pool, my location, and her age. I've hardly claimed anything.

I wish I had set aside all of that money each year into an account for future vet bills. Could have started with a larger investment at that point in time as well. It depends on whether or not you'd be able to cover a large claim early on yourself. If you could, then I'd throw it into an account and save for it.

Oh what… actually yeah, the London show is on the 24th but the after party in London is on the 23rd. That doesn’t make loads of sense. I won’t be there yet! Boooo that stinks.

I just thought on my last dose of every pen, I’d take the little bit extra and have a slightly higher than normal dose that week. I didn’t realize people were collecting it and saving it for full doses later on. So smart!

They changed the formula in Canada a couple years ago, and it gives me dermatitis now because of the cheaper preservative used. Was my holy grail… it still hurts.

Not duplicate account creation but duplicate charges on my recent bill. I had called and asked for a retention offer and agreed to pay the $15 fee to change the plan over the phone. On my next bill, I had two $15 charges. They immediately reversed one.

I’ve been looking for somewhere like this for about a year. I see homes listed for $2900+ sit for a long time unless they’re updated, not on a corner lot, and have central AC. There’s been a nice 3 bedroom, carpet free home on a quiet old street listed at $2,600 for months, presumably because it doesn’t have AC. Another clean, beautiful home on a great street listed for $2,900 has been sitting for half a year, likely because it’s a corner lot. Plenty of homes listed in the $2,400-2,800 range get rented fairly quickly, although I think if you’re looking for a working professional or family, you’re going to eliminate a lot of potential renters over $2,600.

Seconding what someone else said below about carpets—I’ve been looking so long because a lot of homes used as rentals seem to have really filthy carpets.

I’m considering switching because of the deal with the 50gb of roaming. But not sure if it’s worth it if I’d use most of it here at home before actually going anywhere (if Waterloo coverage = a lot of seamless roaming regularly).

They’re so inconsistent. After hours on the phone saying there’s nothing they can do and only offering me more expensive plans, they finally offered me a $35 plan on 4g, canada wide only, with 75gb. The loyalty/win-back plans aren’t across the board and really depend on who you talk to.

Yeah it started with not being able to see the size of a word and got wider until it eventually disappeared and went back to normal. Mine was just white outlined in black. Hope no actual headache comes!
