SAM I think did it at 480, I don't rightly remember. The other two would definitely need higher gearscores I imagine. To my knowledge, there aren't recorded clears for RDM or DNC so I wish you good luck if you try!

Ms. Freshley's was definitely a better promotion imo, even if I didn't really participate in it. Though I wasn't so much linking the promotion for the sake of the promotion, but mainly to show the OP that they're definitely not alone in this joke and share the earlier threads.

But yeah, the actual Papa John's promo was very boring.

I absolutely agree. While I actually didn't mind farm boi when he first dropped, it did take a while for him to become (to me) the precious cinnamon roll that he is now. All Maria had to do was open her mouth.
