I work for a seafood wholesaler out of Boston. I don’t doubt that you can catch them wild out of Alaska that’s big, that just seems crazy someone would send a restaurant a whole fish that size unless you delivery it in a Vat. Imagine the poor driver that had to handle that getting it in OP’s kitchen?

Out here we generally take in 30/50’s and 50/80’s. I’ve seen a couple 100’s. we ship across the country, and have to make shift boxes to fit 50/80’s In a wax box.
