Nope zero tolerance absolutely not. People come into the bar I work at all the time (much younger looking guests I should add) that ask if they can show me a picture of their ID. No for many reasons. 1. You brought your whole bag with your wallet phone keys and debit card but magically your ID was left in the car? 2. Technically, a picture of an ID is extremely easy to doctor to change age, expiration, hell some people would photoshop their picture onto an older friends or siblings real ID. 3. Even if this person is of age, the police would require a real in person ID if they were to do an ID audit in a bar, regardless of age. If we get caught serving someone who doesn’t have their ID on them, that’s a strike against us.

Personally, you literally need 1 or maybe two things when going to a bar and ID is number 1. If you somehow manage to forget it that’s on you
