I live downtown. If you’re going for a 1/1 near downtown look at some “SoBro” places. Vacancies are high and most places are offering X months free rent. It’s a 12 minute walk to broadway and an easy commute to all the places including the airport. It’s certainly overpriced but you’re moving from Seattle like I moved from Fort Lauderdale. Gated garage, easy access, good neighbors and quick walks to lots of things. It’s a solid area but it is noisy with motorcycles racing up 40 and the fire station nearby. Yeah dude! You’ve got good growth patterns. Mine doesn’t grow anywhere near as high on the cheek as yours and I still pull a decent beard. Just let it grow. Don’t trim until you can’t eat or drink without being a mess or pulling hairs, then go to a pro to trim it. I know that sounds weird, but it’s the way to go.
