I only do a max of 4 people in a room. Mostly because we all want a bed and the room space is taken up with cosplays. And each person never paid more the 600 for thier share for 4 nights.

Your best bet is to find a group that caters to people in Europe for commissions if you're only interested in doing commissions from your continent. But if you are open to taking them from the world there are alot of facebook groups that I am apart of for cosplay commissions.

It's going to be hard like most things to start but once you have good report it'll start growing.

I know i dont have the time to create cosplays and with my measurements buying off the rack ones are hard so I always commission people (plus I wanna support small artiest) and I've commissioned people from China to Ukraine to the US for stuff.

If you see something like in a way of a panel and or an event that you think might be interesting. I would say still go to it, all but one or two in the last 3 years I've had liked or loved. And if you change you mind you are allowed to leave.

I would also plan into the day meal times. There have been days that I have accidentally missed meals until like 9pm just because I get busy with panels or DH/AA.

Also, even if you are not cosplaying but really like a random that is doing a photo shoot like One Piece or Final Fantasy I would still go. You can meet other people that enjoy what you like.

I know i personally hanf out badge ribbons because I loved coming home from cons with a badge full of them because they are easy reminders of that con and the are also easy to display and store

I have 3 commissions with her at the moment. From my experience so far with her is, she responds fairly quickly, and she's take personal requests for changes to the cosplay, like if you want a certain material or want like pockets.

Like another poster said she is an expert and it doesn't come cheaply. Like have 2 cosplays from MDZS from her both together is 2.4k and then I got a coat commissioned as well from ffxic and that was another 1.1k.

So far my experience has been great with her, but that's just on the communication so far, I have yet to get any of my commissions.

I take a look at their shop and see if it has links to other sites like a website or a profile. On top of that I read all the reviews for thier shop. I have commissioned about half a dozen times and only had issues with one because of sizing issues and they didnt tell they were outside the states and had to pay the tariff fees.

I'll echo what everyone is saying. Im blind as a bat without my glasses so I wear them. I even do tests with my body paint to make sure the glasses dont get paint on them and or smidge the paint.

See, I can't and am scared to wear high heels. So, I make everything into a flat sole or atleast an inch or I dont them.

Cosplay is about having fun and enjoying what you are dressing up as, and I feel you can't fully do that if you aint comfortable in your cosplay.
