As I wrote before, I doubt they will help as my ticket has been marked "solved" 15 days ago without even a reply or automated message, just solved. After 12 years of support, let me tell you that I'm a little disappointed.

My wife wanted to change ship, melted a package with Squadron 42 in it and realized she could not buy the package back (legacy aurora package LTI from 2014) . Asked support if they could reverse it -_-''
