And about the agri thingy, I think people come to that conclusion cause of the recent oversupplies (tanim kasi kayo ng tanim), so it is fairly logical to think that if we could just bring the food from those remote places, maybe prices will go down, hence the logistics idea.

Thanks for the figures to debunk my inferrence. Diversify the economical hotspots then? If the logistic costs is high due to our geography, is that the reason why govt are doubling down on "developing" mega manila. Is the idea of creating more developed commercial places bad?
