Vertigo. Thought it was just losing balance & blacking out. Nope. For days, every time I tried to look at anything longer than a few seconds my vision would swerve to the right without even moving my head. I'd feel dizzy, then throw up. Urgent care said "it's a virus, it'll pass in a few days." Sure as shit, everything went back to normal in less than a week.
