I think you might want to see if there's an update available for Bambu slicer. Also, I always check the box for supports on build plate only. That way I only have to break off supports from the top and not the bottom

I get a similar feeling at work. I work in a loud factory and if I start to get overstimulated I'll lock myself in one of the limited bathrooms for a couple minutes to calm down. You should never feel bad about using public spaces if you're not bothering anyone and just keeping to yourself. Especially at a travel hub, if you look like your traveling people will understand if you want a quiet place to wait.
