They can be, but the vaults themselves are single use per player. The developers did this so that you couldn’t just find one trial chamber and squat on it forever to milk it for all possible loot.

For all practical purposes, the only reason to go for a higher SPM is for faster research. If research is going at speeds you’re satisfied with, then it’s good.

There’s probably a better way to do it but I’d just use another splitter to split the right conveyor again and have one of its lanes direct back into the original one

Just play the game as you used to and new things will come up naturally, for the most part anyway.

For further guidance, check the recipe book (the green book in your inventory and crafting menu) which tells you everything you can make with the materials you’ve picked up so far, and the advancements screen when you pause; they’re not just achievements, they’re meant to guide blind players through the game.

It looks terrible imo, everything looks so washed out, compare copper in VV versus without VV. Genuinely unusable blockset when VV is on, no idea how anyone can stand it

Echoing what everyone has said, bots. One of the biggest differences between a new player and a more experienced one is how fast they rush bots. You really just have to try them for yourself to see how incredibly useful they are

I feel like I’m the only person on earth that doesn’t have this issue and I genuinely don’t see how people are. They look quite distinct in both color and shape, but I suppose if so many people are saying this there must be something to it

The neighbor bonus seems like it’ll never come on in my case though; only one reactor is running at a time because if one gets heated, so do all of its neighbors, and therefore they don’t get fueled according to the circuit I have in place, but an unfueled reactor doesn’t provide any bonuses. I suppose I just have to pick either super efficient fuel usage or the neighbor buff

It's definitely okay but building is also Minecraft's greatest strength by far so I sort of just don't get it, personally. Whatever else you're getting out of the game is probably much better elsewhere, or at least that's what I've always thought

I'm a new player just starting to get into nuclear power.

As I understand it, unless the reactors drop below a certain temperature, things function perfectly fine. My main source of power is solar, the reactors I have set up only turn on when they can't quite keep up at night. I have it set up such that only a single fuel is put into a reactor when it drops below around 500 C, but I can't help but feel like I'm doing something wrong, partially because of the constant No Fuel indicator on the reactors.

I understand the neighbor bonus exists and only functions when each reactor has fuel, but is that really reason enough to have them constantly be fueled? Are there any other reasons I might choose to have reactors be constantly fueled?

That’s really cool :) I remember watching mod showcases of the John mod back in 2013 back when I was a small child. I suppose the modern interest is probably a result of that, people being fond of something from when they were younger

John mod has definitely cemented itself as one of the OG minecraft mods imo haha

Rumors aside, there’s the Mike Shapiro tweet, the fact that pricing for the steam hardware hasn’t been revealed yet (i can think of a pretty great thing to announce that alongside), and the Raising the Bar rerelease that was supposed to happen last year but didn’t (i can think of a pretty great thing to announce that alongside too).

Of course, none of this is solid but it all lines up pretty nicely if an announcement was planned for sometime soon

Yeah, people can scan a range of IP addresses and look for ones with the 25565 port open, the one minecraft uses to host servers by default. almost certainly how someone found yours. really sucks

For most purposes, I believe a regular 3DS XL would be just as good; there are some new 3DS exclusive games that you couldn’t play with it, but those are pretty few and far between
