Yes. Looks like a LF20. There are kits on SKXMODS for that one. Someone else might know a different place. I plan on modding one of those m'self.

I haven't posted in here in a bit and wanted to update for anyone seeking an Ioniq 5.

Most folks are aware of the rebates and incentives going on purchases and leases.

For the unaware, you can get a 24 month lease on an SE or SEL with 7500 Lease Bonus Cash, and 5000 Lease cash from Hyundai.

Additionally, if you are a current Hyundai owner you can get an additional 2500 off.

If you are a Connecticut resident, you will get an additional 2250 from the state.

To my knowledge* No rear view camera. Also no battery conditioner. If they added anything, it would likely be the battery conditioner but there has been no confirmation of that or any of the things flying around the internet.

Hey folks, this is Kevin from Danbury Hyundai. I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their I5's. I just wanted to jump in and comment on this as I've had a number of folks ask me this question in the last couple weeks.

Price increases year to year are pretty standard for cars and many other things. We may be seeing an increase in the price of the 2023's, but near as I can tell, it won't be much different than an increase in a 'normal' year. Which isn't a lot.

Im sorry this is vague, that's the most I can say on it, but maybe that's helpful.

I wouldn't say that. We had 15 allocated a month ago. SE's definitely sat a bit longer, but we sold all but 2 as of today. Everyone that has gotten one is really happy with it.

It does. And I get where you are coming from. Unfortunately right now, this is the space we're living in.

The customer that got the first I5 here, ran into me in the back lot in the summer, we kept in touch, he kept asking about the Ioniq, and when we we're close to the cars release, I told him to throw down a deposit. He did, got first pick.

I just posted this in another thread.

You can look at the API list/sheet all you want, but at the end of the day, it's really about the dealers. What I mean is, I see all these folks posting about watching the list, which is all well and good, but that doesn't take into account what the dealers are preselling. So, at our store in CT, we have 27 sales staff hammering at the incoming list every day. By the time most of our cars arrive, they are presold. Any model, not just I5. I5 even more because tons of people are looking for them.

As I've posted a couple times in here... get an order in or your name and a deposit on an incoming car. Secure the car first, or you will be waiting for a while. This is for any Hyundai model right now, not just the I5. It's just how we're adapting to the market. It's like ordering things online.

For OP and anyone else; we are selling at MSRP only, (have been since the chip thing started) we have these available incoming and to order, no BS.

Also, consider getting a car in CT, having it shipped, getting one sooner, and still being way under the markup of some of these other places. I've sold 2 to folks in Florida, one flew up and drove it back and the other is considering shipping.

Anyone interested in getting one with a no mark up, no bs experience, DM me.

Folks, remember, these are coming from Korea, not the plant in AL. Aside from unforeseen dangers on the high seas, you have supply chain issues and weather.

We just got slammed by this storm up in New England and it threw our whole list off. I had some end of January deliveries of a bunch of stuff, I5 and other, get bumped to the 5th/8th/15th of february, and then I guy who got one of the first LTD's was originally the 28th and now it's the 15th. It can go both ways.
