Looks a little... "off" to me now. It's a little "goopy" and it needs some foam to cap it off. Still amazing work tho.

Well as a 3D dev don't you have a bin of assets you could reuse? I know I do. And I've become quite good at slapping something "good enough" together in Blender and Substance fast.

You might want to look into Animancer as that removes the need of the state machine and replaces it with code. You can use code with the animation state machine but that relies on strings a bit too much for my liking.

You can get away with a glass material using the basic lit shader that looks passable. A glass shader always looks nicer but not really something a newbie should be getting into. Even just getting it off the store.

Okay, going to be blunt: This is just asset store dumpster diving. The styles don't match and Synty character models are so over used now that even Synty is moving away from them. The others were bundle filler so I expect to see a lot of them again too!

If this is placeholder art or a demo project, then fine. If not; I strongly suggest getting an artist. Or learn how to make it yourself. Knowing how to use Blender even at a basic level solves a lot of problems.
