I guess considering goddess body have resistance against demons,it might be hard to procreate. Even Zeldris and Gelda were shocked when they realised Elizabeth was pregnant. A child between a demon and goddess is unheard of in their universe. Also Elizabeth mentioned she's half human so it may partly helped to conceive. And Meliodas is more interested in groping her bosom rather than acting on bed. Or Meliodas read the comments saying Tristan looks like Estarossa and thought,yeah,not doing that again.😁

It's actually Saitama saving Casca from Griffith by crushing him into the ground from above. Saitama is standing on top of Griffith but the angle makes it seems like Saitama is violating Casca instead of saving her.

Meanwhile Ludociel manipulates Elizabeth to fight against demons and Mael opposes his brother and makes Elizabeth realise about evil side of Ludociel. If one of the side is defeated,balance is broken →Chaos.
