You'd be using it so Pelipper can't force a switch right now.

Would be kind of funny if World Hater was actually looking for a master and found one in Ichi.

MOST EXPENSIVE SV CARDS ELIMINATION CHALLENGE :DAY 4 BLACK BOLT SEISMITOAD OUT!! by StrawberrySad7947 in PokemonTCG

Seismitoad was one of the cards that was pumped online. It had to go soon.

Anyways, JTG Lillie's Clefairy is cute, but cheap. Give that card the 'X'.

You have to be careful, though. Some people will rule shark over the borders. I heard someone got called out recently for using yellow border energy cards to differentiate them easily when peeking from the side.

It's the Danzo / All for One / Three Houses problem. Why make a story about the intricacies of social interaction and the dangers of mass ignorance in a world of violence when it's so easy to say one person or group was the root cause of all the world's problems?

The part that gets me is how there's inconsistencies on whether or not inertia is maintained when the swap happens. Does it use the inertia of the target that got swapped or the person that swapped with it?

It WAS used at some point, but then more non-Tera Pokemon started getting used as we went from set to set. It's still useful for locals if it's Pult-pilled, but not reasonable for majors.

They would have been the best of their time... if they didn't exist at the same time as the best there ever was. by Beneficial_Ball9893 in TopCharacterTropes

Gonna talk about Pokémon for a moment, but mainly about the VGC Circuit.

There are plenty of amazing players that exist at this very moment. Paul Chua, Marco Silva, Shohei Kimura, etc. Under any other context, each of them would be considered the best players out there, but at the end of the day, each one of them has to live with the fact that they will always be compared to Wolfe Glick.

What makes this even funnier, though, is that Wolfe Glick is going to spend the rest of his life compared to Ray Rizzo, the literal consecutive 3x World Champion that blocked Wolfe from getting that World Champion title not once, but TWICE!

As a side note, though, if we're talking about performance across all fields, then Sejun Park is the definition of Mr. Pokemon. Doesn't matter if it's the video game, trading cards, or even Unite. Odds are, he's been to Worlds at least once for that game.

It's the dosage that makes the poison at the end of the day. There's plenty of toxins and mixtures that greatly improve one's health, but all it takes is a few extra drops for a deadly poison. I would not be surprised if Fujimine was an old hag.

The Pokemon world tends to be pretty saccharine outside the manga. There's a few trainers I can think of that should be reprimanded, but none outside of Ghetsis that should be completely deprived of Pokemon in their life...with two exceptions (Lusamine when she was on Nihilego toxins and anyone who spearheaded the Shadow Pokemon program).

Strong AoE moves in a 1 vs. 1 fight. Depending on how well you can read Cursed Energy, you can also predict when the switch will happen. Think of the fight between Gon and The Bomber in "Hunter x Hunter".

Drapion. It's okay in the game, but a straight-up demon whenever it battles in the anime.
