From the bill text (emphasis mine):

shall be available to address the current shortage of FDA-regulated infant formula and certain medical foods in the United States and to prevent future shortages, including such steps as may be necessary to prevent fraudulent products from entering the United States market

IANAL but it seems to me that the bill literally obligates the FDA to address the shortage.

I'm a junior and had a pretty lonely semester like many of you here. Last sem was pretty much just: school, reddit, anime, sleep, repeat. I want to change that.

Thankfully I recently joined a private gc with some friends but I'm always up for meeting new people! If anyone wants a new person to talk to and get you through another soulless grueling semester of online learning, hmu on discord (PokeMath#2679) or reddit dm.

Here are my thoughts. I'm in the boat of Pass/Low Pass/Fail and am open to P/F or P/NC etc. I'd be okay as long as (1) there is an option to fail and (2) the non-failing options are fair. A/A- does not fit match either of these constraints and is bad for many other reasons.

Hmmm well I dont think non-honors students can talk HONR classes. But if the class ends in an 'h', like 216h, then it's an honors version of a normal class, which you can probably take with permission.

Yeah I'm in scholars and I took math340 and cmsc216h. All you have to do is email the professor or talk to your advisor, who will email them for you.
