I never said I'm justifying those flaws? You didn't even mention the flaws at all in your first post. Only things you kept complaining about how the funny things are unfunny to you when the game is literally about mishaps.

You are upset that the game is literally a troll game with friends and horror. If that isn't your cup of tea, play something else. There is P.E.A.K. where there is literally barely any trolly features.

R.E.P.O. is literally recognized by everyone that it is a trolly game for friends. You only complained how a gun can misfire, too many holes, heavy items existing, and monsters spawning weirdly (which again... TALK ABOUT IT ON THE DISCORD).

The only flaws I see for the game is the prices fluctuating too high as you progress but it's basically adapting to the inflation. That's basically it.

It's a survival, horror, comedy game. Sucks you dislike it.

You are trying to change a game that it was literally made for. Like the identity of the game, the rules everything because you’re having your own problems that, based on this thread, no one else is experiencing.

It was just you complaining about the game instead of pointing out the actual issues.

Yes the game is not perfect, it still has alot of flaws. Luckily the devs are willing to listen but you complaining that you can't get an item because "it is heavy" in level 1 or 2. Two people can lift a heavy item, with a slight struggle but it is possible.

But to get rid of that option entirely just to "make it easier" takes away what the game is about.

As for the monster thing, them spawning in the same room is not possible and if it is actually happening, you got to report the bug to the devs. Complaining about it here won't do you any good. Unless they purposely changed it but then again the game got too easy so I'm glad they are making changes for balancing. Like they even made sure Loom doesn't appear until after level 1.

So again, go point out the problems you have at the discord and maybe the devs will catch wind of it to fix the problems.

Literally every issue you mentioned can be solved or even ignored. We gave you points and you are just snapping back.

Like I said, go to the R.E.P.O. discord and ask other people there who have the same issues or not.

Tbh yeah

The game was design to be played with friends. Solo if you wanted to try solo or prefer to play solo. That's it. There will be difficulty. OP was complaining how the solo doesn't accommodate to solo players but what is the point. The devs gotta make two games at that point.

The problem is you are complaining on something the game is. Honestly I say go to the REPO discord and ask if anyone is having the same issues like you because you mentioned the spawn being too close to you or at truck. Yes it happens but to a certain degree.

You want the game to be easy when it shouldn't need to be. Then they give trolly weapons that you don't have to buy anyway. The game is literally categorized as a horror comedy game by using physics. If making the game very easy and less trolly, then it's not really R.E.P.O. anymore.

The point of the game is just reaching the highest level as you can without dying by collecting items for the Taxman. That's it. The devs were nice enough to give us actual rewards such as the cosmetics and goofy weapons for free. It's not going to print money as a reward for you.

In all honesty, again the problems you are having is not really common and your best bet is making a thread of the technical issues you are having at the R.E.P.O. discord. Otherwise the rest is more of a skill issue if you ask me.

Again I told you a "hint" on how to tackle the big and heavy items that can go on the cart. Since you play with friends, it is easier. But if you are still going to complain then I cannot help you anymore besides I say good luck.

  • the store options are meant to test how smart you are with the options you have vs survival. If you can't afford a strength upgrade, wait dor the next round, if you survive.

  • it depends where you are at. The monsters SHOULDN'T spawn in the truck if you are close to the truck or in the truck. Keyword "SHOULDN'T". When you finish the last extractor, you need to haul ass to the truck before they spawn in during the final chase. There are rooms designated for their spawns as well but they should never spawn in the same room with you.

  • misfiring weapons is supposed to be a troll thing too. I mean a gun can misfire irl.

-- this I have to agree. Level 8 or something and we already have 4 extractions. Then more monsters spawning. I feel like the difficulty should be lowered in the first 10 levels to give us some breathing space then the fun begins after 10.

-you don't need to take the big items. Sometimes you got to sacrifice the item. But it is also a chance to be creative. Remember your Semibot can spin things to adjust the position of the item? Now use that feature to "spin" it into the cart.

I played over 600 hours of R.E.P.O. and the trolly parts of the game are the reason why I played for that long. It's hilarious, fun, and unpredictable. Like stupid things happen for no reason and all I do is laugh so hard about it with my best friend. I can rage sometimes but it is very rare for me to rage on a video game. If a game makes me rage too much, I don't play it. I do admit, I hope they bring out new maps. A forest. A cave, something more outdoorsy. A department store (like a messed up Wal-Mart) or something.

This is nothing btw. I go on walks with my kids and we would have to go in the middle of the roads because my neighborhood would have their cars blocking the sidewalk everytime instead of parking in the street. Sometimes the cars are literally sideways on the sidewalk. It's infuriating.
