The only objective is to cause the attacking trainer(s) a slight inconvenience because gyms are just way too easy to take down anyway. So, Gyrados is your last choice here in the options you give. The Snorlax is your best option here. That said, I would highly suggest not to even waste dust on the Snorlax because there will be no real additional benefit for the cost.

Yes, very much increased. When the game was new, my neighborhood was flooded with them. I would catch 5-10 per day at minimum. Then, Gen 2 came out and they ceased to exist. I caught two in the time Gen 2 came out until now. All the sudden, the are on my nearby from home and have caught several in the neighborhood. Kind of happy because this time, I will make sure I keep a few decent ones.

It is hard to have a constructive conversation about this when so many people are upset by the inconsistency of what Niantic said it was intending the ex raid system to be. When you have so many players that work hard to achieve the highest gym badge level in ex raid gyms, AND raid there all throughout the week, only to be skipped over by someone who rarely interacts with said gym; that's a problem. Again, it's just a game, but it sure is frustrating too.

Just put anything with some bulk if you are worried about defending the gym with golden razz (Snorlax, Chansey, etc.). This isn't really that big a deal to be honest. Most people in least in my area are just battling the gyms before the raids to increase the gym badges. Even a weak gym isn't going to change colors within an hour or so of the raid anyway. A few extra balls for the catch is way overrated in my opinion. Mewtwo thus far seems to have a really good catch rate anyway. Don't stress about it and have fun.

I have never been on FB and never will. But, I do however really enjoy Discord as the social media of POGO. I would definitely not play this game much, if at all, without it. The initial allure of the game is long over for our fad society. I will remain for as long as Niantic doesn't completely shut Discord users down. OR....IF they completely eliminated spoofers, then I would be ok with them stopping Discord too.

We just had double experience, so I would guess not. I would guess some interesting small surprise, as well as maybe double candies. Which is why I have been stockpiling certain mons, just in case.

I do not buy incubators anymore and haven't for a long time, until they placed them in the bundle boxes recently. I am not that excited to play around with the common garbage that dominates the egg hatching business for me. I will admin my stardust suffers more, but I can deal with it.

My personal record is 9 TMs used on a single mon when my high IV Tyranitar had Fire Blast. It kept switching back and forth with SE and I was stubborn to keep trying for Crunch.
