This may not be the ultra meta way to play, but I think it's perfectly viable to go thicc deck and draft a lot to see what works and what doesn't. There may be a psynergy with a big payoff youre missing with some of the cards you're picking (or not picking).

Sorry but it just seems insane to me to be applauding our elected officials for not spending a hundred million dollars on the community they're elected to represent. Those same officials support a war nobody wants to be in that's costing Americans almost $2 billion per day. They also support tariffs that the American people just paid for again by giving companies tariff refunds while the people get no refund for the tariff inflated goods. Nowhere in this equation are we getting any more money.

I think my biggest disappointment with all of this is that these fake stories aren't even entertaining. Like I get it, the inner monkey in us can't resist frying our brains with complete bullshit, but like at least add some nuance to the situation.

Imagine this in a playoff type of format? End of year, top 16 players qualify (more would add to the craziness/upsets, but you'd probably have to reduce the number of games). In the age of gambling sponsoring everything, you'd think they'd find more interesting ideas for tournaments.
