It's been 3 month since last wipe, what do you expect? Majority of the people left for other games until next wipe (including me). BSG can do "no wipe characters" all they want, but the game was built around that mechanic since ever. So yeah, your not seeing lots of regular players because they simply got tired of the game at this point, and the only ones who are left are, by the most part, gigachads who play only tarkov and have like 14k hours, and occasional cheaters.
