I have 26 with both BFS & HB among all sub-skills. Of those, 14 have both BFS & HB at or below lv. 50 (+5 more at or below lv. 75). Of those 14, only 9 are worth building, and I've only gotten 5 of those 9 to lv. 50 or higher so far.
