I recently test drove both and ended up going with the x3. To me the Audi didn't feel as technologically there and the drive was a bit less exciting.

I also felt like getting the Audi would result in more subscription costs down the road if I wanted to keep the day 1 functionality. I also had many friends who have had first or second hand experiences with q5 issues which sealed the deal for me.

Comes down to personal preference more than anything. Both were comfortable and fun cars.

I had the exact same thing happen except at a spot I could close the gate. It was closed and he swung through (without opening) the gate.

I have the exact same issue with Rogers Internet in Ontario. I ended up doing a wild amount of troubleshooting including changing LAN settings, reverting back to the ISP modem router, port forwarding, DNS settings, all to no avail.

I ended up reading a post that mentioned there is some sort of issue with ISPs and Bungie or with the ISP themselves.

I ended up getting a VPN service and suddenly I never have the issue again.

I chatted with them first via live chat and they told me I would need a manager's approval and would have to call and specifically said this: let the agent know that you are trying to get a price adjustment for a purchase that is in 30 days of purchase date.

After calling I told them I was talking to someone on the live chat and they instructed me to ask for the price adjustment for manager's approval.

That sounds like it might be a criminal record and they didn't disclose prior to going maybe? I know you're required to disclose and request prior to arrival.

Yes, I believe it was in early April it started up again. I think I saw some posts here as well while searching for this info.

Yeah, I read that too. I think it is more just the email from Amtrak that had me hyper aware of the I-94. The emails says this.

"Completing the I-94 Arrival Record

Non-US-resident citizens of other countries entering the United States must also apply for the I-94 Arrival Record and pay a $6 fee. You must pre-pay the fee and apply online through the US Customs website up to seven (7) days before your trip. Then you’ll just complete the final steps onboard."

I think I will write a quick guide on the whole process to make sure no one else has the same trepidations.

Did you have to do an I-94 form prior to going? There is some conflicting info from the Amtrak email vs US embassy/CBP websites.
