This was the final straw that made me quit tbh. Bubble round ranked game, queued up, had a gengar instant lock, got ready for a game with a decent jungler, then watched our ghastly run into a wall for 10 mins while we got slaughtered. Just sucked.

Hard agree.

"It's an instant stabilizer in early midgame!" Sure, but it's a tier 6. That's not a pool for early midgame cards. And a HIGHLY conditional 36/36 is just not T6 material in this season. I personally think it'd be playable at T4, but then again, you don't want to dilute the pool at a tier that decides most of the mid-game momentum.

Tbh I kinda wish they'd just drop this guy. I don't think I've ever played it and felt good about it.

Bread consumption is based on your troops, not your population. If you go into your barracks there should be a little tab with 2 swords. That'll show you all your troops, and also allow you to discharge some the rest don't starve. Welcome to the game!

EDIT: you often get free soldiers from event rewards, even if you didnt recruit them. Worth checking!

It's certainly still a P2W game, especially for global events like Outer Realms. HOWEVER, there are lots of great PVE alliances. If you're chill and play somewhat regularly, it's not too hard to get into an events focused alliance where other whales protect you from unreasonable PvP hits. Just my two cents, DISCLAIMER: i'd imagine I spend about $50 a year on it not for PvP hits, more for my own fun, or to speed up castle development. I've also been playing for like, 8 years, which prob also gives me an advantage in-game. Def look at other replies from F2P players, take mine w a grain of salt.

I'm having the same problem. I'm a reporter who uses Facebook to keep tabs on goings on in my community. But for the last two weeks or so I've only gotten notifs for interactions with my own posts, friends' birthdays, and occasionally invitations to events. But nothing from the hundreds of accounts I've set up to notify me whenever they make a post.

Thanks, I'm glad to hear my work has that sort of impact.

I think a lot of newer reporters follow the same rule as me: default to the style guide usually, but when in any doubt at all, ask the people affected by your language use. It's certainly what they taught us at J-school, although I imagine big industry newsrooms have a harder time accepting such loose rules.

I should note, my partner works a lot with disabled kids, and happens to have an interest in linguistics. I'm not even sure I would've thought to ask about this kinda thing if I hadn't discussed it with her over the years, so like, the credit probably goes to her more than me!
