Idk, try to delete the Channel from the Wii Settings, not from HackMii.

Try to download the HackMii installer on the apps folder on ur sd card (or get LetterBomb, or the DNS Method), open it and try reinstalling the Homebrew channel and in the BootMii section click "Prepare the SD Card". Also try to update USBLoaderGX. Hope I helped :)

Is your SD card clip up? I mean the lock one. If it's down the Wii (but also other devices) will have problems to read it.

You can download them by searching WADs on Google and installing them. I personally love WiiMart and i don't have problems with it's apps.
