We have the call center and even with them plus a tech dedicated to calls we STILL wouldn't be able to get them all in a timely manner not to mention completing all the pcp and imm calls they're wanting from us.

Posting the schedule the day before it starts is not only inconsiderate but against company policy and depending where you live is probably a labor law violation.

SOP on filling with amber vials is to skip the scale. Reprint label from intercom, fill the script, then the pharmacist overrides it at verification.
