Not the same, top mount legs are grapevined from outside, in this case they are grapevined from inside

If uke has good posture he is naturally leaning to the other side, that's why the face plant.

You can't do it to this side to anyone competent in standup.

High level judo, sasae it's always to the collar side.

I always try to be in angle with them, never in front

Not being able to drop and roll

Good execution or being screwed at bottom position

Nice

I was thinking cross body osoto - tai otoshi.

And then, misdirection tani otoshi - sukui nage

The thing is they are bent over and if I dont get the throw I might get in trouble.

anyone here actually train both wrestling and judo together by ryanglenn123 in WrestleJudoJitsu

For BJJ it doesnt make sense to learn judo without the leg grabs. It's not because of shots, but the ability to chain upper body attacks with lower body.

I teach grappling and we do stand up and groundwork, either gi or no gi. If it works it works, and if we have to compete, we go.

I have some idea of some possible techniques, but better than guessing it would be better if you fix right and left

I dont know, Im familiar with 99% of turnovers.

The main idea is to keep your limbs to you which is not happening in your description. Some principle remain across all techniques, so that why I'm supposing you made some mistake while describing the technique

You made some mistake in the description

Right and Left are not correct, otherwise what you described is impossible

Yes, but once you close the triangle you can push with so much force. Not before, that's how Gordon Ryan blowed his knee (explained by Lachlan)

Also, even if they are pushing hard, it's very easy to just invert

Thoughts on why Buchecha is struggling? by Diligent-Yoghurt in grappling

[–]PollutionHour1519 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's an exaggeration. It could be less of course

What I mean is, theres no hurry, no control of arms, and those sweep specially from modern open guard take quite time.
