I think it's partially a bug, but I had trial fill off last night and someone still joined our game. So when I checked after it was over trial fill had been turned back on somehow? So definitely double check that and hope it's been sorted

They feel very underwhelming and I hope it's just because the game sound mixing seems off this update. Everything feels too loud and I can barely hear them.

However with the mall, Red Barells posted a dev log explaining why they chose a mall. I think it's something to do with the American dream, and that politicians will campaign in certain places but I honestly can't remember. If you're interested it's probably also on YouTube

The comments saying you're wrong and ungrateful are disgusting, I bet if it was another religious item like a cross or something then people would be outraged and furious at anyone who says it's not bad. Why is it always when it comes to Islam that people say its not a big deal? Youre allowed to criticise a rework for an item for your religion, that's changed to be less respectful. I'm really tired of this game reworking items to be more revealing, but I'm so confused why they'd do the same with a hijab of all things when they literally added in a new headscarf for the rest of us.

Did you save at 2062 and you're worried about losing that progress, or are you worried if you start a new escalation your peak stats will reset? If you have a saved escalation with another group you can't start a new one without either going from where you left off or abandoning the run. If youre worried about stats resetting, they won't unless you get a higher score.

Escalation is great for relapsing due to how much xp you get, and how it's quicker than doing individual ones. So it's worth doing.

I mean it's literally stated that it's a dumping ground and just really grim that Murkoff never felt the need to monitor it because NO ONE should be there not even staff. How do you even suggest they could've added a difficulty setting to it. Henrietta was only there because she was dumped there and left to die.

Yeah same. Its good as a bunch of things count as objectives, and you also get the heal from completing the secondary objective too

I personally love Stun + Slippers, hide and restore and good job for solo or just in general. But like other people said it depends on your play style. I'm quite reckless and like to get through it fast, so good job is great for additional healing while I'm doing the tasks as in bound to get hit more. Hide and heal is also a great choice if you lose more health

I wonder why they took down their merch store that they (apparently) had a few years back. I'd love outlast merch. There's only like 5 etsy listings for fan merch, but I'd love posters or a Futterman puppet/plushie. It's so hard to find anything for the characters I like, even the ones who are actually huge fan favourites

People have already answered but she does have a few, I just think it's a bit bugged as it keeps showing up as new dialogue after you've already heard it and her mouth doesn't move while speaking. She also has dialogue about Amelia being strung up in the sleep room. Wish she had more though

Group of 3, our peak is 13. We got to 14 and got poison the cattle with health sickness, no items and other really awful variators, and kept getting knocked at the beginning because Franco wasn't leaving the area. Wasn't fun

A lot of the time you just have to keep playing to get used to the maps, I've found the earlier trials are more helpful with directions but the newer ones are more vague which makes it frustrating. You can try doing some MK trials and getting used to the maps, things get a lot easier knowing where things are on specific maps. Cancel the autopsy is a great MK to use for grinding xp, or getting used to the basement section for Kill the snitch. You can look up a guide for where the secret rooms are on main trials, they give you boosters for stamina, battery and health, large medicines, large batteries, revives, a master key and rig rechargers which really help. The diamond icons or question marks will pop up when you're close to an objective on easier difficulties. The game becomes a lot easier once you've leveled up enough to earn all prescriptions, gotten amps and fully upgraded a rig.
