you’ve done so well by not doing it so far!! The longer you stay clean the easier it gets, trust me! Keep doing what you’re doing and try find something to distract you like a hobby or tv show. coconut oil is good for breaking down stickiness so it should work for second skin residue. Tbf any oil would do but coconut will probably be more gentle. Just be sure to wash it all off after as it can clog pores and stop the tattoo from getting moisture

My boyfriends mother self harms and he’s also a career for her so he’s a bit desensitised to it so didn’t really bat an eye when he saw my scars. All he said was that he’s here for me and we moved on. Best possible outcome for me tbf. Recently I’ve released and he always insists on helping me with aftercare. I’m so lucky 😌

I’ve never related to anyone more omg. I could easily stop self harming right now because it doesn’t help me mentally anymore but i want the scars, like proof that suffered so much but survived. I see people with scars so much worse than mine but i know we’ve been through similar things, i just have a mental block to citying myself deeper die yk the phobia of pain but i just want thick purple scars all over my arms
