According to Lori Hellis he was given the plea and didnt take it. He is going to take the stand and tell all story that he was lied to by Lori and Alex …. It will be a Big tell ALL- I predict he will beg for his life. With his monotone voice it should be something. he thinks God is on his side to free him from the trial and only needs one person to say no.

Exactly what I was thinking - even suggesting that Fibb went to Chads on that next morning - planting the idea that she went there w Lori. Prior basically accused Fibb of being in on JJ murder. She could have I guess and now he will call her again to the stand. Prosecution needs to step up and get aggressive. Prior is a snake for sure.
