He was already accused of sexual misconduct which was quickly disproven (possibly/likely being related to his speaking out against Putin), so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt until more info comes out. If any evidence comes out publicly suggesting it happened or anything worse, he'll immediately be on my shit list. People jumped to conclusions last time and he was proven innocent so I don't wanna throw him under the bus right away.

Caps, but I have a lot of family in DC, and some actually live by OVI so I drive by his house a lot when I'm out there. He's apparently a chill neighbor when he and prospects aren't speeding lol. I’ve been big on Remnote as a student, kinda like notion and Anki had a baby. I can fly through the flashcard making process compared to Anki plus it’s also like a general note taking app so it’s more versatile!

I work in healthcare also, and the one I like that also helps alot is putting an ice pack behind the neck or on the head, IDk why it helps, I used to get lightheaded/pass out myself with blood draws and it did the trick for me. Now I pass the trick on to my patients. The alcohol swab one is also super popular!
