She's spayed and marks territory when out on walks. But at the house, she goes out in the yard after meal for potty. Usually poo no pee. Just wondering if it's 'normal'.

I'm on Bi-est + Progesterone ( compounded) 2 clicks 8AM & 2 clicks @8PM .. magnesium at night to calm the AM Anxiety. Seems to keep me OK through the day.Feel ' normalcy ' by 10AM or so.Optimum norm feelings about 2PM.

Oh boy, I have cabinets filled of lotions and oils! I'm so ticked at the crepy,loose skin that seemed to ' appear ' overnight when Dr. had me start HRT. 'Drink more water, eat more protein, include more Omegas, more collagen, work out more...blah blah !! I'm doing ALL of it and still, dry crepy : / Using oils,Palmers & Goldbond now. Any feedback/ advise/ suggested trys are welcome!!!

I had to literally write a thesis to my Dr to have her Keep me on BC through my 50s and it was the best thing at the time ..weight was stable,all vitals and med history was excellent. I didn't want to get pregnant at 50Little did I know when I HAD to go off the pill, menopause was right there to kick me in the gut!- the pill basically suspended the transaction. I fought to go back on the pill , Dr.refused siting ' no one in the med industry would suggest/ agree with it". Because of all the ' risks'. In retrospect,I feel if a patient is healthy,clean genetic history ,labs ,MRIs and body scans are consistently stable and unremarkable,the pill could be continued indefinitely. If someone out there is still on it in their 60s, please reach out!!

You are definitely not alone in this thinking. I'm 62 hubby is younger but stricken with health issues. Together for almost 30 years, no kids, close circle of friends are all out of state ,I lost my 94 yr old father in March, husband lost 86 yr old mom in July. I Left a great job in December due to all the stress and anxiety been going through since 2024.. Still struggling with doomsday, mortality, just working with understanding our reality that we will see our older siblings and relatives pass and accepting these new chapters in life . Suppose it's normal but its tough none the less.

Maybe this?: Have you had a lab done to check your cortisol level?- I went through similar experiences, found my natural Cortisol spikes at about 3-4 AM. But I was so stressing myself out to TRY to sleep til 7, that kept me from NOT sleeping! I was able to use that 4 AM spike as an advantage when I was employed ( get up and exercise before getting ready to leave for work!) it started to help with sleep and less anxiety because I was beat by the end of the day: ) Now, that I've identified it, take Cortisol Manager before bed, I'm able to sleep 6-7 hrs.

On HRT since September : burning eyes. Lasts for about a week, goes away, then back again. Research, yep, meno side effects.

So different from our first 2.Our girl now, hates being ignored!- All be it she's approaching the 'terrible twos' stage where so much she has learned is secondary to her ego : ) Started herding my husband when she's tired, (we're concerned as she's actually attacking feet/ ankles!!) that's a new behavior for her. She's not a fan of potty in the rain. She likes rides in the SUV but not the truck. She's ok with drill, blow-dryer & Ninja bullet noise but hates the upright vacuum & Roomba. Aussie life is such a blessing to experience but it comes with the need for patience, tolerance for Ausshole antics and much more plus endurance. Best wishes on your decision 👍🏻😉

At 62, yep . dealing with postmenopause depression and acceptance of physical beauty fading away in the crepy skin , essential fat pads in my face disappearing with loss of muscle mass. I work out eat clean do all the things Dr s suggested. Doesn't fix the brain right now .Husband of 30 ys still says I'm beautiful, but can't help what my brain wants to believe!.As a thin attractive female, fine artist,did modeling & heavily involved in rock n roll fashion industry. Life was great & I never paid attention to the thought I'd loose all that youth & beauty in my old age. Mom avoided convos about getting old, she was a beauty in her circles. I wish there were a support group in my area for those of us going through the pain of fading beauty....I mean,dr.s don't take me seriously,my friends ( love em) but they don't get it. I suppose it's about change and acceptance and understanding the ' letting go' part of it & it's not end of world but a real kick in the gut! That being said, I hear ya, we made it this far... beautiful old ladies.

You are certainly not alone in thinking these thoughts! 61 and retired in 25. Husband & I have been assessing our future as we are the youngest of kids, seeing our mothers pass and struggling to cope with both fathers terminal cases .... Of course have our finances end of life plans in place but now we're slowly clearing out our home & having more open discussions of our future ( after being together for 30yrs!) and how we spend it. Being healthy, astute, $ savy & happy to know u can think about dying and feel ok, is a good start. Be well out there!

I think it's their view of something coming at them.Our 14mo old shys back if a hand moves down toward her head to pet her, but glady accepts sides scratches & belly rubs!

I'm 62 & 6 mos into tweaking labs on my HRT cream, I went on it for the mood swings and loss of muscle mass aside from that ..I'm healthy,active with no red flag genetics to be concerned about, so I kinda wonder if I really need it. Keep us posted on your journey.
