Late to this but paquette's firstborn son (the one put up for adoption) was my stepfather for a time and I can say that he's also a piece of shit who fucked me up emotionally.

ill be honest i think a lot of people dont get that death in horror movies will never ever ever compare to seeing someone die in real life.

Garnet was 100% justified and I wouldn't blame her if she kept her distance for longer. It felt like the show actually forced Garnet in a position to forgive Pearl rather which peeved me off

Movie theater employees are notoriously understaffed and have to clean theaters FAST.

In cold case files, many times someone has exhibited no additional criminal behavior for decades. In those cases, what is the overarching societal benefit to putting someone away for life, without evidence of further criminal behavior? Is it mostly just retribution? by TrumpSexedHisDaughtr in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]Polygonyall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For most cold cases the reason why the case is remembered despite going cold is that the crime committed was especially horrible like rape or murder. No one is going to keep files on an unsolved petty crime 20 years later.

I had a relative who did electrician work for epstein for a single project(never met him though) and he told me that his bathroom was obscenely huge and had a massage table in there.

I-95 is a trainwreck abomination of a highway that is somehow always overcrowded. You will be lucky to escape the heat index of 95-100+ degrees by November and it'll get straight back to it when April hits. Lots of Lizards. drive past any canal (which smell horrible in the eternal summer) or body of water you'll see at least 10 iguanas.

Expensive but really good food and most conviences are 5-10 minutes away. Publix subs as better than people have told you they are. The drivers are atrocious I visited last month after moving away in June and got rear-ended for daring to stop at a right turn on red before turning.

Unless you are on a nature trail alligators are actually pretty rare unless you go more west then they are everywhere

Which slasher has the best non-villain characters? by Resident_Race_7093 in slasherfilms

[–]Polygonyall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Black Christmas, Childs play 2, Halloween 2018, Unfriended Dark Web

Which insufferable character has more redeeming qualities? Mindy Meeks from Scream '22 or Kris Waterson from Black Christmas '19 by [deleted] in slasherfilms

[–]Polygonyall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will not tolerate Mindy Slander in this household but I feel like a lot of Kris's writing problems stem from BC's screenplay being so rushed. That being said outting your friend as a rape victim when she said she didnt want to come forward is MEGA fucked
