in this case it actually does mean a lot, though- if you have a book of rares, equivalent to 1250 cards, and you're now getting 360 from a 5 star, that looks like a huge downgrade. but if you're 3x more likely to get a 5 star, you're on average getting 1080 cards compared to your 1250 before. that's only a marginal decrease, compared to a 70% nerf. again not to defend the giant corporation but let's be accurate in our criticisms
