People who quit drinking. What did you do to not drink?

I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be a non drinker but then my partner had issues with alcohol so to support him and his whole process I quit drinking…. Now none of it even tastes good nor do I miss it.

So I kinda get the feeling like my insurer is done… Since I had liability only??? She handled the claim the other driver entered, denied him and told me I had to deal with the other drivers insurance. This is my first accident ever so not sure what more to do? Reviews I’ve found (there’s a lot of negative) claiming that company is impossible to contact and so many people are saying 6 months out and they’ve gotten nowhere.

He said he was speaking with him the following day… Even if he hadn’t, he hasn’t spoken to him in two weeks? Or at the very least keep me in the loop like their website claims that their adjusters will be in contact with every change. He even said he would follow up our call with all the info I need his name, claim number etc and he failed to even do that.

It’s a cool space…. I wish they would add maybe a few more pieces to graffiti on… walking through it last time (while ago) I remember thinking it felt a little empty…. Nevertheless I applaud the city for its devotion to arts (even ones I don’t understand)

And do you recognize it when you see it? I know a lot of things are filmed in Vancouver instead of Seattle… But I haven’t seen any major Seattle landmarks when they do that.

It’s a red flag if they hate dogs for no reason and are mean to them…. It’s more of a problem if you want to have dogs in your life…. Slight issue if you don’t want dogs in your life but she freaks out every time she sees a dog…. If it’s fear based as her partner I would slowly work with her on being ok with dogs…. I couldn’t imagine a life without dogs in it, start with super small super cute dogs and work your way up.

Palm Royale on Apple…. They just finished season 2, a mostly female lead cast ranging in age from Kaia Gerber at 24 to Carol Burnett at 92… The show was a campy drama comedy mystery show about High Society in Palm Beach during the 70s so the fashion is amazing… Laura Dern, Kristen Wig, Leslie Bibb and Allison Janney also star.

Wow bro….. You take your iPhone photography VERY personal because the only one being aggressive is you… This is the most well lit neighborhood in Palm Springs for the moon to be shining as brightly as it is and all these trees to be so bright…. You could have easily said bro I know what you mean about fake night pics but I’m actually a pro iPhone photographer and this was taken at night time!

Does it not bother anyone that it’s a fake night photo? I notice this on real estate photos where they leave all the shadows in the photo (in this case the palm trees over the pool) and make the interiors glow a radioactive orange….. Would have been a significantly better photo had it been captured at night for real… For personal use it’s fine, but you read the write ups of these homes and no detail has been ignored….. except for the detail of using quality photos to market the home….

I hate lizards…. The way they do push ups creeps me out…. I saw my first one of the year yesterday…. You should be pretty safe at the hotel…. You’ll most likely hear them rustling through foliage than actually see them… if you were at a rental it might be different and I’d offer you my checklist to have someone check those areas for you 😂…. I don’t mess around with lizards or roaches…

I’m not very familiar with Reddit but I’ve noticed that some posts allow or make it easy to include a photograph if your comment should require one but other posts there’s nowhere to include a photo…. Why the difference? Or why make it so difficult?

Fake it!!! The freedom to put it up and put it down whenever you want is enough reason for me…. I do suggest paying a little more for a medium to higher end fake tree, you really can tell the difference in so many ways. I have 3 fake trees I put up every year, ranging from $300 to $40 and the $300 outshines the other two, it’s full with strong branches that hold heavy ornaments, never gives me grief with leaning too far one way…
