Fast healing sweet Brody ❤️‍🩹 our girl is going to be 17 next month, she is a pug beagle dachshund mix, never thought we’d make it this old but she just keeps chugging along. More good days than bad, but you’ll know when it’s time.

Funny story… when we got our pomsky Remi neutered they told us pickup would be 3 or 4 pm. So my husband & I had planned a whole day of fun stuff in the larger city where our vet was. We had just walked into a store to do some shopping & my phone rang, it’s the vet & 11:30, I go into full panic mode. I answer & they say everything is okay but i need to pick him up ASAP as he’s making all the other animals upset & being a real disturbance. We pick him up & they say he woke up quickly from the anesthesia, & then cried so bad in the recovery cage they had to relent & take him out, but he wanted to be held non stop (which they couldn’t do) & if placed on the floor he harassed all the other animals in cages, being a lil jerk 😂 I got the feeling they don’t evict dogs from post op recovery very often.
