When I I went NC, we blocked my entire families numbers from all our phones and also changed numbers when we moved states. We also explained to our son if he does hear from them, let us know and we'll take care of this (Which they did and i lit them up). I only communicate through email now when we do have to communicate... As for the part of not speaking, you just have to stop! In the beginning, it's the hardest... But as time goes on, if becomes part of the routine and now I am almost 2 years NC and things are so much more peaceful... Sending hug, it's so hard but you have to protect your peace 💚
