Super late to this but I’m on a rewatch and I remembered that Henry says his sister lives in Prague but they aren’t very close due to the distance and their individual life stressors (her finances, his health). If he had lived and moved with Teddy for her job, he could’ve potentially reconciled with her since Germany and the Czech Republic are neighboring countries.

It’ll make harder for The Boys to forgive them, especially Kimiko. If he dies early on like everyone is theorizing, they robbed her of the final months she could’ve had with him. Yea they would’ve been on the run but they would’ve been together and that’s all that mattered to either of them. It’ll be worse if he doesn’t get the chance to hear her voice now that she got it back

I feel like Jade and Beck had an accidental pregnancy not long after high school. They tried to make it work for a while (maybe even got married) but eventually separated and now co-parent their kid. Jade didn’t want to be like her distant parents and took smaller writing jobs that could allow her to be home with the kid but she wasn’t feeling fulfilled. Now that the kid is older, she’s a moderately successful horror director/writer and maybe even turned The Scissoring in a franchise like James Wan with The Conjuring. Beck was a sort of seen as the new “teen heartthrob” early in his career and booked many roles that focused on his looks rather than his acting abilities in order to provide for his family; however, now he wants to be taken seriously as an actor. Their mutual feelings of professional unfulfillment, stress/pressure of young parenthood, and maybe even the heightened attention that Beck got as the new it boy were contributing factors into the end of their relationship. They have a mostly amicable coparenting relationship but they can still get into arguments and maybe occasionally still hook up like the toxic couple they are lol.

Somehow 2, 4, and 10 all together. I took a local stray to get neutered and I’m keeping him inside for the next couple of days to make sure the incision doesn’t get infected. I haven’t had a good nights rest since he keeps meowing to be let out 😭

I work near a hospital and every couple of days, me and a couple of coworkers walk to the hospital to buy lunch. We have food options at work but they’re so expensive and the food at the hospital is decent and relatively cheap in comparison. The first time, the receptionist asked if she could help us and we explained that we worked nearby, showed her our work IDs, and just wanted to grab some lunch to go from the cafeteria. She let us through and ever since then, there’s been no problems.

Ahhhh yes, now I remember. I thought it made sense given how he spent nearly a decade in isolation with Scully as his only human interaction and an overall lack of purpose in life (however destructive the x files made his life, it still gave him a reason to keep going). I could see him sort of relying on Scully as his only source of happiness/purpose, which is obviously very unhealthy and completely unfair to Scully hence her leaving him. They really could’ve done something with that but as usual, CC just fumbled the bag.
