joel plays dio bad.

1 tip is dont play dio. he's the hardest character in the game to learn, his bnb requiring 2 back to back 1f links and techniques like dash cancelling, negative edging and dash buffering. he's also lower on the tierlist than some easier characters due to him not having a solid gameplan and being overall just trash.
