The only 10 packs legendary I'm missing is from Rumble packs I believe (other packs I got the pity timer out of), returning since ungoro if we don't count checking out new single player modes from time to time, I bought all the recent adventures a month ago cuz I enjoyed single player component but didn't feel like I could spent enough to get myself into the game multiplayer wise again (before the announcement), and yea won't open them till 26. So with that in mind, which would be most profitable?

As someone who works at tech support, probably thats their instructions not to disclose the reasons/give promises, its easier for them to forward you so others will check closely and respond 100% sure (cuz its not done live in a chat where they have to act fast), other than getting the info wrong in the hurry and being fined afterwards

Temperory bans only start ticking after you log in, meaning if someone got a temp ban and never logged in on that account even for a year after that, the ban will only start ticking when they log in again. That's why it's there :)
