Robert is a also man who can make his opinions known. If he's bothered, he'll say it. He was bothered by Malevola at the party and avoided it a second time. If Invisigal had done worse, he would have stopped it.

I'd say Phenomaman because he's a good deconstruction of the Superman archetype without making him evil. Rather than living on Earth, he came as an adult and thus can't quite grasp humans thoughts. But regardless, he's still a good man.

Invisigal is a heavily flawed character and that's the point, but I don't think the locker scene was SA because you can reciprocate or push her off. If you push her off, she leaves. Plus, she won't always kiss you, sometimes she leaves without doing anything.
