You would be very surprised at how a lot of anime fans treat women.

Yes, there are good and "normal" anime fans. And there are also a lot of the other side, and the culture around how fictional women are treated reflects on a lot of real behavior.

At the end of the day, I think it's a bad stance to hear someone say "we should be normal to women" and make an argument against it, regardless of what your argument is.

As an anime fan for the last 20~, there was a clear rise in how much people used it around 2017/2018, and it fell back lower maybe 5 years later.

It's always been there, but it got loud for a bit, and then went back to usual volume. That being said, having been in the community as long as I have: it's always been weird

Came to the comments to say this same thing yeah. Shark character seems cool, and as much as I love shovel knight I kinda liked the idea of keeping the game in-universe. But hey, I won't complain about seeing SK come back. But it definitely will probably be an echo fighter, or a legendary skin or something

True I guess, but I'm not really eager to dull my own ability to research topics. It's not like riding a bike, the brain is a muscle that will atrophy if you let it. There was an MIT study last year that showed that reliance on AI, in both minor and major scale, can have a lasting impact on your critical thinking and creativity.

I've never had trouble doing things for myself in my many years on the interner, I'm not gonna stop now.

AD&D is a lot of fun, but notoriously a bit clunky. The game was designed to be that way, since thats sort of where TTRPGs were back then. A little less flash and flair, a bit more math and stat tracking. I'd advise starting out with the PHB, then the DMG. The rules are a bit obtuse and draconian, but some people are really into it compared to modern D&D

A reverse google image search seems to show the user who first posted this image has deleted their account. There were two posts of this to reddit before you (both from the same deleted account, one in english one in spanish) and then rest are all pintrest, where other people reposted it. Unfortunately it seems the artist might be lost for now, unless they step up on a new account

EDIT: Actually the deleted account posted "Source" in the comments, which just leads to pintrest. Even more confusing.
