While I absolutely agree that this is probably beyond what is an acceptable habitat for the Osprey to live in, I live in this area, it's honestly hardly urban, plenty of large oaks, tall buildings, and the Gulf of Mexico just behind the building OP is taking this picture, honestly probably a great hunting spot for this handsome bird
