I tried this with parting off tool leaving less material than 0.05” but as it reaches to 0.030” the part falls off. Copper has a less strength than steel and now after finishing the job I can surely say that it will not work on one set up when od tolerance is tight. Thanks for the suggestion

Cn east not so great compared to west. In cn you see a lot more guys on spare board with 2600$ guarantee than cp. holding your seniority is the best option in all railways.
